Job Title: Regional RA/QA/Safety Manager

Karo Healthcare is a dynamic and growing company that empowers people to make intelligent health decisions. We're currently looking for a Regional RA/QA/Safety Manager to join our team in Düsseldorf.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage regulatory, quality, and safety aspects of Karo's growing portfolio in Central Europe.
  • Act as Scientific Affairs within the Central European team, connecting Global Scientific Affairs, regional commercial organization, and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee GDP management of regional partners, complaint management, and drug shortage reporting.
  • Provide local RA intelligence, information officer services, and support marketing regarding claims compliance and review of materials.
  • Collect, document, and follow up on adverse events for medicinal products and vigilance for medical devices and cosmetics.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on safety and QA, and 2-4 years of experience in regulatory and commercial compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills and high integrity.
  • Passionate about consumers and products, and committed to keeping high quality in fast execution.
  • Ability to connect across Karo's Commercial Central Europe team and Global Scientific Affairs.
