Join Our Team as a Senior Quantitative Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantitative Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our risk management department, you will be responsible for performing validation on various models used at BIL, contributing to the continuous improvement of validation methodologies and practices, and enhancing Model Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate models of different types used in risk management and for other business purposes
  • Contribute to the improvement of Model Risk Management, including model risk measurement
  • Write and present validation reports to the Model Risk Committee
  • Follow up and track validation recommendations
  • Participate in team knowledge sharing sessions and maintain team documentation and code library
Requirements
  • Domain expertise in Statistics, Econometry, Mathematics, or related fields
  • MSc degree
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory) and French (strong advantage)
  • Experience in risk modeling, credit risk, or market risk, with knowledge of Basel III+
  • Programming skills in Python, Excel, and other programming languages
  • 5-6 years of experience in risk modeling
