Vendor Relations Strategist

Position Overview: Service Partnership Director
As a pivotal role within Versatel Deutschland GmbH, the Service Partnership Director will oversee the strategic management of our service partner ecosystem, emphasizing Managed and Third-Party Services. This position is crucial for ensuring effective communication and collaboration with our external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic oversight of service partner companies, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process enhancements, fostering improved relationships with service providers.
- Assess and evaluate the performance of external partners in alignment with company standards.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that are both quantitative and qualitative.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new partner companies.
- Guide the decision-making process for selecting appropriate suppliers and partners, and assist in contract negotiations.
- Manage budget planning and tracking, providing insightful reports and recommendations.
- Facilitate effective solutions within the Vendor Relationship Management framework.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in service management.
- In-depth experience within the telecommunications sector, with a strong understanding of industry processes.
- Expertise in contract management and the development of pricing strategies.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and techniques.
- Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
- Proficient in German (Level C1) and competent in English (Level B2).
