Position Overview
We are seeking a Campaign Manager - Influencer Marketing (m/f/d – fulltime) who is passionate about social media and its evolving landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute innovative campaigns: Independently manage influencer campaigns, developing concepts and overseeing their implementation across key platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram).
  • Create tactical campaign strategies tailored to various budgets.
  • Select appropriate creators for collaborations with artists and influencers.
  • Work closely with the Influencer Relations team to manage the influencer aspects of campaigns.
  • Advise clients on influencer marketing strategies across all relevant platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Evaluate influencer campaigns, including campaign performance tracking and report generation.
  • Drive the enhancement of approaches, systems, and workflows for our clients.
  • Facilitate the transfer of acquired knowledge in influencer marketing within the organization.
  • Develop (digital) ideas, formats, and marketing concepts with a focus on gaming and gamers.
  • Visualize and present your ideas persuasively.
  • Stay informed about emerging digital storytelling trends and integrate this knowledge into your work.
  • Engage with clients at a professional level.
  • Regularly report results to management.
Qualifications
  • Completed a university degree in media studies, marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in influencer marketing, with a solid understanding of successful social media profiles and key performance indicators.
  • Strong interest in trends within the gaming and entertainment sectors, along with a deep understanding of social media platforms and digital tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and measuring success through KPIs.
  • Familiarity with common digital project management tools.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to articulate and visualize ideas effectively.
  • A creative mindset focused on innovation, balanced with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Proactive and responsible, with a quick learning ability and high initiative.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, confident demeanor.
  • Able to manage a demanding workload and willing to engage during weekends as needed.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • A true team player who can also take initiative independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
