Position Overview: Service Partnership Manager

As a Service Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight of our service partner organizations, particularly in the realm of Managed and Third-Party Services. Your role will ensure effective communication and collaboration with our external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the strategic management of service partner companies, focusing on enhancing Managed and Third-Party Services.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and foster collaboration with service providers.
  • Assess the performance of external partners in alignment with company standards.
  • Develop and monitor relevant quantitative and qualitative Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct market research to identify potential new partner organizations.
  • Lead the selection process for suitable suppliers and partners, assisting in contract negotiations.
  • Manage budget planning and tracking, reporting, and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Facilitate effective solutions within Vendor Relationship Management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in service management.
  • In-depth experience in the telecommunications sector and familiarity with industry processes.
  • Expertise in contract management and the development of pricing strategies.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and effective communication skills.
  • Proficient in German (Level C1) and competent in English (Level B2).
