Lead IT Process Control Specialist

Area of Responsibility:

The IT Core Process Design and Operations division is accountable for the centralized IT Core Processes at Deutsche Börse AG, including the specifications for tools. We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Vice President/IT Process Control Specialist who demonstrates initiative and ambition. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT and IT Process operations, particularly in the execution and enhancement of IT process controls. Additionally, the candidate should have a proven track record of collaboration within a matrix organization, contributing to process-related discussions and facilitating consensus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of IT Process control protocols while assisting IT Operational teams in understanding their roles.
  • Develop, assess, and revise IT Process control protocols and operational guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Process Design team to ensure adherence to regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Support communication and training initiatives for the ITSM Process team.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of IT processes and their integration into relevant tools.
  • Possess knowledge of ITSM Tools, API Technologies, and programming languages.
  • Lead IT Process Control Execution engagement with Audit and other compliance departments.

Candidate Profile:

  • A university degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience in a relevant position.
  • A proactive approach to tasks and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • A comprehensive understanding of IT processes and a desire to assist colleagues in enhancing their processes.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT Operations.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly with Senior Management, and experience in a professional setting.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering effective teamwork.
