Position: IT Operations Lead (Implementation Specialist)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Oversee operational management across our varied digital platforms, including information, administration, and employee portals.
  • Quality Control: Ensure exceptional service quality while effectively managing timelines and budgets.
  • Operational Management: Strategically plan, oversee, and coordinate activities among different organizational units.
  • Innovative Solutions: Spearhead projects aimed at developing and launching new specialized procedures.
  • Performance Evaluation: Maintain and improve key performance indicator systems to ensure optimal operational control.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and present decision documents on essential operational matters.
  • Cost Management: Conduct comprehensive economic efficiency analyses to enhance cost-effectiveness.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with IT service management processes, maintaining process integrity at all times.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Extensive Background: A minimum of ten years in managing large-scale IT projects, overseeing full life cycles from initiation to operation.
  • Operational Knowledge: At least ten years managing IT operations for specialized applications within a corporate environment.
  • Process Development: Proven experience in implementing and restructuring operational processes (ITIL V3).
  • Service Delivery: In-depth understanding of IT service management and process management, with a strong focus on DevOps.
  • Project Management: Proficient in both traditional and agile (e.g., Scrum) project management methodologies.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German, both written and spoken.
