About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Control Specialist to join our team at Quipu GmbH in Frankfurt.

As a Project Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects across various departments. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and set up internal controls for project timelines, processes, and the overall project delivery process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Monitoring and Control: Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure project timelines, processes, and delivery processes are aligned with organizational goals.
  • Project Data Quality: Ensure accurate and reliable project data is maintained and utilized for decision-making purposes.
  • Project Tracking and Reporting: Utilize tools such as Azure DevOps, OnePlan, and SharePoint to track project progress and prepare regular reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze project performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with department heads and teams to identify and eliminate inefficiencies and bottlenecks in project delivery processes.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to employees on project management principles, best practices, and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) methodologies.
Requirements
  • Expertise in Project Control: Proven experience in implementing and monitoring internal controls and KPIs.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Azure DevOps, OnePlan, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite, with experience in report design using Power BI/MS Fabric.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex project data.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, with ITIL certification and/or CAPM/PMP or Agile Product Owner certification.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Availability: Ability to travel as required.
