Position OverviewResponsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and technicians regarding technical inquiries, focusing on IT and network-oriented products within the Patient Care Solutions portfolio.
- Utilize remote diagnostic tools and processes for effective troubleshooting.
- Prepare and conduct product training sessions for hospital and service technicians.
- Develop and support remote service processes, including remote maintenance for connected products.
- Engage professionally with CRM systems.
- Provide technical assistance during customer escalations.
- Deliver technical support throughout the product lifecycle, particularly during product launches.
- Communicate with development teams to enhance productivity and serviceability.
- Assist in integrating our products with remote technology.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, laws, and regulations.
- Identify and report process and product quality gaps.
- State-certified (medical) technician or equivalent education/studies in electrical engineering.
- Solid professional experience as a service technician in the maintenance and repair of medical devices.
- Excellent IT/PC skills, including operating systems, networks, interfaces between GE products and customer infrastructure, and remote connections.
- Ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Outstanding communication skills, particularly in customer interactions.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Cross-departmental thinking and actions aimed at customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in German and good command of English.
- Initial experience as a trainer is desirable.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.
