IT Support Specialist

Your ResponsibilitiesAs a member of our team, you will be responsible for the operation and enhancement of our applications and infrastructure, primarily utilizing Microsoft products.
- Ensure that our employees and clients experience seamless operations and excellent service.
- Manage our existing system landscape, which includes MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
- Develop concepts and designs for our infrastructure while expanding our M365 portfolio with new applications and services.
- Provide consultation and support for application operations and projects regarding Microsoft solutions and their scalability.
- Coordinate the introduction of new cloud services and their integration into our existing operational processes.
- Assist our support/helpdesk team in troubleshooting and resolving issues (2nd and 3rd level support).
- Act as the administrator for our M365 infrastructure, including the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
- Completed IT training, a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification (e.g., IT specialist in system integration or system electronics).
- Several years of professional experience in the IT infrastructure sector (e.g., as a system administrator or IT consultant) with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
- Experience in system/application management and familiarity with cloud infrastructures and approaches.
- Comfortable creating technical documentation and conveying knowledge clearly (e.g., system documentation, FAQs, requirement descriptions, training).
