About the Role
We're looking for a Total Experience Solutions Manager to join our team in Berlin, Germany.
As a Total Experience Solutions Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping and optimizing our customers' digital experiences.
You'll work closely with our content, paid advertising, SEO, and experience teams to develop innovative strategies for complex customer projects.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing our Total Experience solutions portfolio and establishing our thought leadership in this area.
- Developing and implementing customer-centric go-to-market strategies for our Total Experience (TX) services.
- Being the internal evangelist for Total Experience.
- Positioning Total Experience as a solution for effective customer engagement and experience optimization.
- Representing diva-e at pitches, customer meetings, and events.
- Identifying market trends and analyzing customer feedback to optimize our portfolio.
- Supporting sales and customer success management in creating offers and presentations.
Requirements
We're looking for a team player with:
- Several years of experience in digital products and services, customer experience, digital growth, or full-funnel marketing.
- Experience in product management or product marketing, sales, or consulting with large clients.
- Lust and passion for building thought leadership in CX/TX and staying up-to-date with digital trends.
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and present confidently in German and English.
- Strong communication and team skills, including stakeholder management.
- International experience is a plus.
