About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Strategist to lead the development and execution of total rewards initiatives at HelloFresh. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies that drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs, including executive compensation, base salary, variable pay, and equity plans.
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration, including job evaluations, salary structures, and incentive programs.
  • Develop and implement recognition programs to drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Analyze market trends to ensure competitiveness and manage vendor relationships and contracts with external partners.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership on total rewards communication and education initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver communications and training on total rewards programs to employees, managers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the field of compensation and benefits.
  • Leadership skills to foster a positive work culture and guide and develop team members.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, trends, and regulations.
  • Strong project management skills to manage projects at a strategic level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels.
