Cielo is pleased to present a remarkable opportunity for a Recruitment Campaign Strategist to become a vital part of our Recruitment Marketing division. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting a prestigious global client within the advanced manufacturing sector, playing a key role in shaping the trajectory of this partnership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting research and developing strategies for ongoing media, branding, and early talent initiatives.
  • Coordinating and enhancing media placements for optimal performance.
  • Overseeing campaign and operational budgets effectively.
  • Monitoring, assessing, and refining campaigns with a strong emphasis on return on investment (ROI).
  • Building and nurturing relationships with media suppliers.
  • Providing comprehensive campaign reports and insights regularly.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in formulating and implementing recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Proven experience in managing relationships with senior stakeholders.
