About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team at yoummday. As a key member of our recruitment marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to attract talent, including offline/out-of-home campaigns, job boards, online platforms, and social media.
- Create segmented and targeted email campaigns to nurture talent leads from registration to onboarding.
- Forge partnerships with industry influencers and collaborate with freelancers to broaden outreach.
- Utilise data analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and optimise channels for maximum acquisition.
- Organise virtual and in-person events, webinars, and workshops to target CX professionals and freelance workers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment marketing within the gig economy or remote work sector.
- Strong understanding of various marketing channels and their application for talent acquisition.
- Proficiency in data analysis and tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic and evolving market.
