Unlock Your Potential as a Digital Marketing Strategist

As a Digital Marketing Strategist at Westwing Home & Living, you will be responsible for developing and executing our Search Engine Advertising (SEA) strategy across all countries. Your main goal is to create an outstanding customer experience while fostering growth and profitability. To achieve this, you will lead our SEA agency and collaborate closely with internal teams, including Graphics, Product Marketing, and Marketing Analytics, to ensure seamless alignment of strategies and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and implement new processes to enhance performance and efficiency within the channel
  • Launch new Search and Shopping campaigns from scratch for new countries and continuously improve existing search campaigns, including ad copy optimization, target definition, and asset improvements
  • Design incrementality tests to prove the value of Paid Search
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders on global and multi-channel campaigns

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of extensive SEA experience within e-commerce environment
  • Solid analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Passionate about performance marketing and having the ambition to push our SEA channel to the next level
  • Fluency in English and in one other European language
