Business Development and Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Management and Marketing Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business relationships and building bridges between our consultants, customer service representatives, and strategists.
Key Responsibilities- Support the team in planning, executing, and wrapping up projects, as well as completing specific tasks
- Participate in strategic meetings, record discussed points, and track agreed-upon actions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of branding campaigns and continuously improve the company's image
- Optimize sales and communication processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Aquire new customers and maintain existing customer relationships
- Create and track proposals and contracts
- Conduct market analyses and competitor observations
- Support the planning and execution of sales actions and campaigns
- Support the development of sales-promoting materials and strategies
- Completed education in a commercial field or a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a comparable field
- A pleasant personality combined with experience in a similar role
- Organizational skills that you use confidently and with enthusiasm
- You communicate with heart and mind and understand how to connect people
