The successful candidates will oversee the management of business requirements and the design of necessary process adaptations. A profound understanding of end-to-end business processes within a SAP framework is essential. You should possess exceptional conceptual, results-driven, and communication skills to navigate the complexities of the ZEISS Fit4 program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee (regional/segment-specific) business requirements (including business roles and data design) within the global SAP S/4HANA template, conducting local fit-gap analyses under the guidance of deputy/hub process owners for E2E Lead-to-Cash business processes .
  • Facilitate the adaptation of E2E Lead-to-Cash business processes (including process modeling) to align with FIT4 objectives of harmonization and standardization, collaborating with entity business experts on preparatory tasks such as data cleansing.
  • Provide mentorship and direction to junior hub business experts (e.g., requirements analysis, business process modeling).
  • Design and manage test cases, conducting comprehensive functional end-to-end testing within the SAP S/4HANA system.
  • Actively engage in the roll-in of assigned projects within a region (primarily within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by the regional hub lead, across SBUs/segments).
  • Contribute to the development of training materials as organized by the training lead, and, if necessary, assist in end-user training.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Possess up to 2 years of relevant professional experience, particularly in Sales and Customer Relationship Management within Devices and/or Implants & Disposables.
  • Demonstrate understanding of E2E Lead-to-Cash business processes such as Customer order management , Intercompany sales , and integration with sales-related processes & systems, including RAR, CRM, and Webshop interfaces.
  • Exhibit proven experience in business requirements management and the design of business processes.
  • Have experience with SAP R/3 (and ideally SAP S/4HANA) as well as relevant third-party business systems.
  • Possess relevant industry knowledge.
  • Demonstrate excellent conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build networks and a willingness to work in an intercultural and interdisciplinary global team.
  • Business fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel (at least 50%).
