About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail IT Specialist to join our team at Togg in Stuttgart. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for implementing and integrating Dealership Management Systems (DMS) to streamline operations across sales, service, parts, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Key Responsibilities
  • System Implementation and Integration
    • Implement and integrate DMS to streamline operations across sales, service, parts, and CRM.
    • Ensure seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure and ERP systems.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
    • Implement CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track sales leads, and provide support services.
    • Ensure CRM systems are integrated with marketing, sales, and service platforms for a unified view of customer data.
  • Service Management Systems
    • Set up and maintain service management systems to handle service appointments, repair orders, parts inventory, and warranty claims.
    • Integrate these systems with the DMS and CRM for efficient service operations.
  • Data Management and Analytics
    • Develop and maintain databases to store and manage data related to sales, inventory, customer interactions, and service records.
    • Implement analytics tools to provide insights into sales performance, customer satisfaction, and service efficiency.
  • User Training and Support
    • Provide training and support on how to use IT systems effectively.
    • Establish a helpdesk or support center to assist with any technical issues or system updates.
  • Project Management
    • Lead IT projects related to the setup and enhancement of retail IT systems.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Continuously assess and improve IT systems to meet evolving business needs and technological advancements.
    • Implement feedback mechanisms to gather input from partners and users to enhance system functionality and user experience.
