About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail IT Specialist to join our team at Togg in Stuttgart. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration with our existing IT infrastructure and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track sales leads, and provide support services.
  • Ensure CRM systems are integrated with marketing, sales, and service platforms for a unified view of customer data.
  • Develop and maintain databases to store and manage data related to sales, inventory, customer interactions, and service records.
  • Provide training and support on how to use IT systems effectively.
  • Establish a helpdesk or support center to assist with any technical issues or system updates.
  • Lead IT projects related to the setup and enhancement of retail IT systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of direct after-sales operations and the automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, network management, and application integrations.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
  • Ability to work abroad and with global teams.
