We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales & Account Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on projects across the APAC region and develop a tailored career plan aligned with individual goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new customers.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of local business competition to gain a competitive edge.
  • Contribute to the development of market research and sales strategies.
  • Acquire customer leads through various methods, including phone calls, exhibitions, events, and presentations.
  • Meet sales targets in line with company objectives.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and partners.
  • Organize sales and marketing events for customers.
  • Represent HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems' interests and brand when interacting with customers.

**Ideal Candidate Profile:**

  • At least 3 years of experience in selling IT solutions and services for the retail industry, with a background in POS/omnichannel concepts being an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English language, with additional languages being a plus.
  • Previous experience with retail transformation projects.
  • Background in the retail industry, including experience with retailers, retail IT vendors, or system integrators.
  • Knowledge of retail customers, vendors, and solutions.
  • Understanding of the retail business domain.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships at the C-level.
  • A strong network within APAC retailers.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
  • Proactive and positive attitude.
  • Ability to build relationships and close deals.
  • Flexible, with the ability to work from home and travel.
