Role Overview

The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing client and business expectations throughout various Business Assurance initiatives. This position serves as a vital link between internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating the organization and execution of projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. Additionally, the role includes providing comprehensive administrative support to the Business Assurance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer administrative assistance to the Head of Business Assurance, which includes:
  • Managing the group inbox to ensure proper email direction and timely responses to all inquiries.
  • Processing sales orders and invoicing requests, while maintaining an updated spreadsheet of audits and cost analyses, addressing queries from finance, clients, or subcontractors.
  • Drafting correspondence, quotations, and other necessary administrative documents.
  • Engaging with company databases for effective data management.
  • Conducting data collation, data entry, and diary management.
  • Overseeing the delivery of Management Service schemes in alignment with their specific requirements.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between clients and the audit team throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Managing Business Assurance audit resources to ensure a consistent throughput of recoveries and activities in line with personal targets.
  • Collaborating with TÜV SÜD groups for the efficient management of shared resources.
  • Ensuring that client expectations are met throughout the project duration by providing detailed project plans to monitor progress.
  • Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors to facilitate effective project scheduling.
  • Organizing subcontract audit and training resources as needed.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Tools and specialized business software.
