Job Description

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing client and business expectations during Business Assurance projects. This role will act as a key contact to internal and external stakeholders and contribute to the facilitation and organization of projects, ensuring delivery on time and to budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Business Assurance, including managing and coordinating the group inbox, completing sales orders and invoicing requests, and updating and maintaining spreadsheets.
  • Act as principal intermediary between the client and the audit team from the beginning to the end of the project.
  • Manage Business Assurance audit and administration resource to maintain a throughput of recoveries and performed activities in accordance with personal allocated targets.
  • Collaborate with TUV SUD groups for management of common resource.
  • Manage client's expectations, commercially and operationally during the coordination of each project, providing a detailed project plan to track progress.

Requirements:

  • Recent administration or project coordination experience.
  • A flexible approach, with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Organized, with the ability to prioritize own workload and work on own initiative.
  • Attention to detail.
  • A competent user of Microsoft Tools and bespoke business software.
