About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Mehrwerk in Hamburg. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth for our clients in the banking, insurance, and telecommunications sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to our clients on our value-added services
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and implement contractual agreements
  • Manage and coordinate the entire project lifecycle, including time, costs, project scope, and customer relationships
  • Act as a single point of contact for our clients and internal teams at various levels
  • Contribute to the development of new, innovative product and service concepts
  • Present our value-added services to our clients
  • Prepare and manage budgets, proposals, cost estimates, and project plans
Requirements
  • Relevant business education or degree with several years of experience in account management
  • Deliver high-quality consulting services that meet our clients' expectations
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to handle numbers, and technical expertise
  • Experience in internal and external project communication, with the ability to translate between clients, creatives, and programmers
  • Ability to work independently, with a preference for a dynamic environment with a high degree of freedom and trust
  • Sovereign demeanor, assertiveness, and a strong sense of responsibility
