We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our Sales team at Spendesk. As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting: Develop and execute outbound prospecting campaigns to create initial contact with potential clients and schedule appointments.
- Qualification: Assess the needs of potential clients and provide consultative guidance on how Spendesk's solution can address their business challenges.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to transfer qualified leads and support the sales process.
- Performance Monitoring: Utilize CRM tools to track performance metrics and provide feedback to the Sales team to drive continuous improvement.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with C-Level Finance staff.
- Ambition and Tenacity: Demonstrate a strong desire to exceed sales targets and a willingness to take calculated risks to achieve success.
- Team Player: Embody a team-oriented mindset and be willing to collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth.
- Language Skills: Speak fluent German and English.
- Desirable Experience: Previous experience in Sales and as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) is highly valued.
