Als Deputy Maintenance Manager bist du Teil des Instandhaltungsteams bei HelloFresh und verantwortlich für die Implementierung und proaktive Anpassung der Instandhaltungsprozesse an unserem Standort Barleben bei Magdeburg. Du arbeitest eng mit der Leitung Instandhaltung zusammen, um das Instandhaltungsteam nachhaltig zu führen und einen starken Fokus auf die Mitarbeiterentwicklung zu legen.

Verantwortungsbereich
  • Sicherstellung der Wartungsprozesse an den Produktionsanlagen und Geräten
  • Höchstmögliche Verfügbarkeit aller Systeme sicherstellen
  • Modernen Instandhaltungsansätze wie vorbeugende und vorausschauende Instandhaltung umsetzen
  • Kennzahlen in der Instandhaltung (Anlagenverfügbarkeiten, Ausfallzeiten etc.) ständig evaluiere
  • Einhaltung der Ziele-Kennzahlen mitverantwortlich
  • Sicherheitsstandards einhalten und eine proaktive Sicherheitskultur im Team fördern
  • Mitarbeiterentwicklung des Teams in Barleben bei Magdeburg unterstützen
  • Instandhaltungssysteme/Verfahren einrichten und begleiten
  • Strategien für die kostenbewusste Beschaffung von Ersatzteilen entwickeln
  • Budgetvorgaben einhalten
Profil
  • Hochschulabschluss in Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Produktionstechnologie oder einem vergleichbaren Ingenieurabschluss oder Meisterabschluss
  • Mehrjährige fundierte Erfahrung in einer Führungsfunktion im Bereich Instandhaltung
  • Erfahrung mit automatisierten Anlagen, einschließlich Produktionsmaschinen, Sortier- und Fördersystemen
  • Gutes Verständnis im Umgang mit der CMMS-Software
  • Kommunikative Persönlichkeit und Fähigkeit, das Team und andere Stakeholder umsichtig zu berücksichtigen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Englisch (Niveau B2) und Deutsch (Niveau C1)
