Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Facility Manager to oversee the operation, shutdown, and maintenance of essential facilities at the Allee Center Magdeburg (ACM). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering or HVAC and experience in building services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operation, shutdown, and maintenance of essential facilities, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of technical equipment and escape routes to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for tenants regarding technical issues, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Coordinate with external service providers and supervise construction work by third-party companies to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- Completed apprenticeship in a technical field, preferably in Electrical Engineering or HVAC, with a strong focus on building services.
- Proven experience in facilities operations, with a strong understanding of technical equipment and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and external partners.
