Lead Senior Account Manager

Dannemann, a leading global company with a rich history of innovation and quality, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Negotiate partnerships and collaborations with key clients to achieve mutual benefits
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of account plans
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
  • Act as a deputy for the Head of Key Account Management, providing support and guidance to the team
  • Contribute to the development of key account strategies, aligning with the company's overall business objectives

Your Ideal Profile:

  • University degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in the FMCG sector
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Fluent in English, with conversational proficiency in German and French
