Als Deputy Maintenance Manager bist Du zusammen mit der Leitung Instandhaltung für die Implementierung und proaktive Anpassung der Instandhaltungsprozesse an unserem Standort verantwortlich. Gemeinsam mit der Leitung Instandhaltung führst du das Instandhaltungsteam nachhaltig mit einem starken Fokus auf die Mitarbeiterentwicklung.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich

  • Zusammen mit der Leitung Instandhaltung bist Du für die Sicherstellung der Wartungsprozesse an den Produktionsanlagen und Geräten zuständig (z. B. Fördersysteme, automatisierte Sortiersysteme).
  • Du sicherst die höchstmögliche Verfügbarkeit aller Systeme und setzt moderne Instandhaltungsansätze wie vorbeugende und vorausschauende Instandhaltung um.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team evaluierst Du ständig die Kennzahlen in der Instandhaltung (Anlagenverfügbarkeiten, Ausfallzeiten etc.) und bist für die Einhaltung der Ziele-Kennzahlen mit verantwortlich.
  • Du setzt alle erforderlichen Sicherheitsstandards um und förderst eine proaktive Sicherheitskultur im Team.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Mitarbeiterentwicklung des Teams, indem du Potenziale erkennst und auf die individuellen Mitarbeiterbedürfnisse eingehst.
  • Du richtest Instandhaltungssysteme/Verfahren ein und begleitest die Ausführung mit.
  • Du entwickelst Strategien für die kostenbewusste Beschaffung von Ersatzteilen und trägst die Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Budgetvorgaben mit.
  • Im Tagesgeschäft bist Du 'First Point of Contact' und bildest die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Management und dem Maintenance Team.

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss in Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Produktionstechnologie oder einen vergleichbaren Ingenieurabschluss oder Meisterabschluss.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige fundierte Erfahrung in einer Führungsfunktion im Bereich Instandhaltung mit.
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit automatisierten Anlagen, einschließlich Produktionsmaschinen, Sortier- und Fördersystemen.
  • Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis im Umgang mit der CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)-Software.
  • Du bist eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit und bindest sowohl das Team als auch andere Stakeholder in deine Überlegungen umsichtig mit ein.
  • Du kommunizierst und schreibst sicher auf Englisch (Niveau B2) und Deutsch (Niveau C1).
