About the Role:
As Country Manager for Germany, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our market-leading position. You'll work closely with the Country Head to foster a culture of collaboration, define objectives, and drive strategic decisions. With a focus on operational business steering, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a more strategic role as the business expands.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Steer the daily operational German business, driving Annual Operating Planning and P&L targets.
- Lead business-critical initiatives and projects, ensuring commercial success.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, developing standard reports to drive improvements across departments.
- Oversee margin management, pricing strategy implementation, and the development of new KPIs for market monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales growth, ensuring efficient budget usage and monitoring quality indicators.
About You:
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with several years of commercial experience in a complex environment.
- You possess a strategic mindset, strong business acumen, and excellent analytical skills.
- You're an effective stakeholder manager, able to engage with cross-functional teams and drive results.
- You're fluent in English and German, with a willingness to work in our Cologne office for 2 days a month.
