Office Manager Country Praktikum
Wir suchen eine Unterstützung im Office & HR Bereich
Im Rahmen eines 6-monatigen Praktikums in unserem Büro in der Kölner City.
Was du mitbringen solltest
- Ideal für dich ist, wenn du bereits erste Erfahrungen im Office/HR oder im administrativen Bereich hast
- Du arbeitest sehr sorgfältig, bist engagiert und verantwortungsbewusst
- Dich beschreiben Deine Freunde als Organisationstalent
- Du hast Interesse an strukturierten Aufgaben und bist bereit, viel Neues zu lernen
- Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch. Französisch ist ein Plus
- MS Office ist für Dich kein Fremdwort
Das gehört zu deinem Aufgabenbereich
- Du unterstützt sowohl bei den Office Themen proaktiv bei täglichen Aktivitäten im Büro (Tagespost, Rechnungen, Ablage etc.) als auch bei den HR Themen (Erstellung von Verträgen, Vertragsänderungen, Teilnahme an diversen Projekten)
- Du bist Ansprechpartner(in) für unsere Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Kölner Büro und interagierst mit unseren Teams in Saarbrücken, Frankfurt, Limburg und München
- Du übernimmst eigenständig buchhalterische, administrative sowie organisatorische Aufgaben oder kleine Projekte
- Du bist Teil der OVHcloud HR Familie
