Tech Data Production Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager for Technical Data to join our team at Airbus Helicopters in Donauwörth, Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production of technical data for one civil helicopter program, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Develop and implement production plans, including master planning and tactical planning.
  • Negotiate and align with stakeholders, including Chief Engineering and Programs.
  • Monitor and analyze production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Contribute to workload and capacity analysis, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Lead production management routines, including problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, ethics, and export control regulations.
  • Develop and maintain technical data production reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in design office or technical data production.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multinational team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in project management and coordination.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to produce graphs and tables.
  • English is a must, with German being a plus.
