At Siemens AG, we're seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you'll play a crucial role in driving the success of our grid simulation software business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and coordinate complex software proposals for global sales organizations
  • Process orders and deliver licenses for grid simulation software
  • Support global sales regions through regular communication and coordination
  • Maintain customer data and identify opportunities for improvement in data management
  • Develop and implement digital sales processes, focusing on workflow automation, CPQ, and e-commerce
  • Work on cross-departmental data projects and develop standardized terms and conditions
  • Manage area-specific key figures and create reports and analyses
Requirements:
  • University degree in business administration, finance, business informatics, or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in sales operations, internal sales, or sales finance in international software sales
  • Strong knowledge of terms and conditions, license agreements, and MS Office (especially Excel), SAP, and Salesforce
  • Experience in creating reports and analyses, as well as significant IT project experience in digitalization, sales, subscription management, and e-commerce
  • Independent, proactive, and structured work style, with strong communication skills in German and English
