About the Role
Carnival Maritime GmbH, a part of Carnival Corporation and plc, is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Head of HR Fleet Systems and Analytics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our HR IT system, Mistrals, and driving data-driven insights for Marine HR.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Mistrals, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our organization.
- Establish a state-of-the-art HR reporting system, identifying new trends and technologies to drive business growth.
- Support Marine HR in delivering high-quality data analytics services through innovative approaches.
- Investigate the potential use of AI in the HR process landscape and develop implementation plans.
- Contribute to current and future HR projects, representing Carnival Maritime in various working groups as required.
Your Profile
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as applied sciences, technology, engineering, mathematics, or HR.
- Previous experience in HR systems, particularly Crewing HRIS, and managing operational HR processes.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and proactive attitude.
- Innovative and driven, with a structured and organized approach to interacting with various levels within and outside the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and related BI tools.
- Leadership experience in managing cross-cultural teams in complex organizations.
- Business fluent in English, as it is the company's official language.
