RESPONSIBILITIES: WHAT AWAITS YOU

  • Conduct feedback loop calls following customer satisfaction surveys, ensuring thorough preparation and follow-up.
  • Document customer complaints in our existing ticketing system.
  • Assist in analyzing and interpreting customer feedback.
  • Contribute to the analysis and enhancement of processes related to customer satisfaction.
  • Provide suggestions for improving customer satisfaction levels.

QUALIFICATIONS & SOFT SKILLS: WHAT YOU BRING

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualifications.
  • At least 6 months of experience in administrative roles, with initial exposure to project work or special assignments.
  • Strong customer and solution orientation.
  • High degree of flexibility and resilience under pressure.
  • Enthusiasm for engaging with customers over the phone and a passion for direct communication.
  • Excellent communication skills and outstanding proficiency in German, both spoken and written.
