Sales Manager for Food and Feed Industries

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Sell starch and gluten products to customers in the food and feed industries, implementing our sales strategy to achieve business growth.
  • Customer Representation: Represent our company at home and abroad, advising existing customers, acquiring new customers, and developing new markets.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Create market overviews, forecasts, and evaluations for the food and feed segment, providing meaningful insights to inform business decisions.
  • Product Optimization: Coordinate with logistics and export to optimize product quantities and availability, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Customer Support: Troubleshoot customer issues, process complaints in cooperation with quality management, and introduce new developments to end customers in the food and feed industries.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Successfully completed vocational training or a degree in chemistry, food technology, or a related field, with experience in B2B business or the food market.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with food and feed law, food ingredients, and quality assurance systems, as well as strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Language and Communication: Fluent in English and German, with excellent communication skills and a high level of self-motivation and self-organization.
