Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Provide coaching and onboarding/training to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Customer Insights: Identify challenges faced by prospective customers and develop effective inbound marketing solutions to address their needs.
  • Revenue Growth: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and close new business opportunities.

Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of closing sales and meeting or exceeding quotas.

  • Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Accurate forecasting and pipeline management skills, with a strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple opportunities.
  • Performance: A track record of being a high performer, with a strong focus on achieving goals and exceeding expectations.
