**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Head to lead our Water Treatment and Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our water treatment facilities, managing a team of professionals, and driving strategic initiatives to improve our processes and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Water Treatment and Operations department, comprising three sections with approximately 75 employees
  • Oversee the operation of our large-scale water treatment plants
  • Manage and coordinate construction and renovation projects for our water treatment facilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve departmental performance and efficiency
  • Prepare and manage the department's budget and financial plans

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Water Management, Environmental Science, or a related field
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of success in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
