Position: Head of Wastewater Management (m/f/d)

  • Oversee a department comprising three subdivisions with approximately 75 staff members, focusing on personnel management, organizational structure, and technical operations.
  • Supervise the functioning of large-scale wastewater treatment facilities.
  • Manage construction and renovation initiatives for our major treatment plants.
  • Steer the strategic vision and ongoing enhancement of the department, alongside optimizing processes and organizational frameworks.
  • Establish the groundwork for economic and investment strategies within the department and ensure their effective monitoring.

Qualifications:

  • A completed university degree in environmental science, process engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on fostering a supportive and responsible work environment.
  • Strong sense of accountability, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call duties as required.
  • Possession of a valid Class B driver's license.
