Senior Real Estate Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to lead our real estate transaction initiatives at Colliers. This role involves a comprehensive approach to managing sales mandates and facilitating off-market deals.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the acquisition of sales mandates and spearhead off-market transaction initiatives.
- Oversee and manage the sales processes for office and mixed-use properties.
- Prepare detailed sales price assessments, compelling pitch presentations, and effective marketing collateral.
- Provide extensive support to both national and international clients throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Deliver expert buy-side advisory services to clients.
- Develop and nurture a robust network within the industry.
- Facilitate and support negotiations for purchase contracts.
- A completed degree focused on real estate or equivalent real estate management training, ideally complemented by additional specialized education.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in the real estate sector, particularly in transaction consulting.
- In-depth market knowledge in the office and mixed-use property sectors, especially within the Frankfurt/Rhein-Main region.
- A self-motivated, goal-oriented, and methodical work style.
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills, along with strong negotiation capabilities.
- Expertise in all pertinent static and dynamic valuation methodologies (e.g., DCF, PE calculations).
- Fluency in both written and spoken German and English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
