About the Role

As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving successful real estate transactions within our dynamic team. Your expertise and market knowledge will be instrumental in guiding clients through every stage of the process, from acquisition to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Secure new sales mandates and initiate off-market deals, leveraging your network and industry insights.
  • Manage and execute sales processes for office and mixed-use properties, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies, including price estimates, compelling presentations, and targeted marketing materials.
  • Provide exceptional client support to national and international clients throughout the entire transaction lifecycle.
  • Offer expert buy-side advisory services, guiding clients in their property acquisition decisions.
  • Cultivate and maintain a robust network of industry contacts, expanding our reach and influence.
  • Collaborate effectively with legal teams to negotiate and finalize purchase contracts.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in real estate or a related field, ideally complemented by specialized real estate training and certifications.
  • 5-10 years of proven experience in the real estate industry, with a strong focus on transaction consulting.
  • In-depth market knowledge of the office and mixed-use sectors, particularly within the Frankfurt/Rhein-Main region.
  • A highly independent, goal-oriented, and structured work approach, coupled with exceptional analytical and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and proficiency in all relevant valuation calculations (DCF, PE, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal fluency in both German and English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
