Work alongside your team in the Financial Services sector, providing strategic and management consulting to banking institutions, insurance companies, and asset management firms, as well as real estate enterprises, focusing on digital transformation, establishment of banking entities, development of business model strategies, and optimization of costs and processes.
Your Responsibilities
Do you question the notion that "process optimization is easy"? Here’s how you can contribute:
- Manage our national and international clients from the real estate sector and various industries, including institutional investors in asset and fund management, corporate entities, housing companies, and public authorities.
- As a (co-)project leader, serve as the point of contact for specialists, executives, and company management.
- Engage in acquiring new clients in close collaboration with partners and directors, and develop topics for public positioning at conferences.
- Assist in analyzing and enhancing organizational structures and business processes.
- Establish digitally supported processes and define measures for performance and efficiency enhancement.
- Contribute to the development and adaptation of business models and the design of a Target Operating Model (TOM) along with an actionable business plan.
- Collaborate closely with IT architects and consultants, as well as ESG specialists, to explore synergies in projects and market these solutions.
- Conduct portfolio analyses and strategies to shape a value-oriented real estate management approach, including methods for value-driven corporate governance.
- Be responsible for establishing real estate-specific risk management systems and implementing the latest regulatory requirements.
- You are a (Senior) Consultant (w/m/d) in Real Estate with a completed degree in business administration, natural sciences, computer science, or industrial engineering, possibly with a real estate-specific additional qualification.
- You possess several years of relevant professional experience in consulting or in client positions with significant project management responsibilities.
- You have solid operational and financial knowledge in the fields of real estate, investments, and project management.
- Ideally, you have strong interests in one or more of the following areas:
- Finance / Accounting / Controlling
- Business Development
- Business Process Management
- IT-related Process Consulting, e.g., S4/HANA, Product Management, or Fund Controlling
- Your German language skills are at C1 level, and your English skills are at B2 level.
- You are willing to travel to provide on-site consulting to our clients.
