Your Responsibilities

  • Manage our national and international clients from the real estate sector and various industries, including institutional investors in asset and fund management, corporations, housing companies, and public entities.
  • As a (Co-)Project Leader, you will be the point of contact for specialists, executives, and company management.
  • Engage in acquiring new clients in close collaboration with partners and directors, while developing topics for public positioning at conferences.
  • Assist in analyzing and enhancing organizational structures and business processes.
  • Establish digitally supported processes and define measures for performance and efficiency enhancement.
  • Develop and adapt business models and design a Target Operating Model (TOM) along with an actionable business plan.
  • Collaborate closely with IT architects and consultants, as well as ESG specialists, to explore synergies in projects and market these solutions.
  • Create portfolio analyses and strategies for a value-oriented real estate management approach, including methods for value-oriented corporate governance.
  • Be responsible for establishing real estate-specific risk management systems and implementing the latest regulatory requirements.
Your Profile
  • You will join us as a (Senior) Manager (w/m/d) in Real Estate with a completed degree in business administration, natural sciences, computer science, or industrial engineering, possibly with a real estate-specific additional qualification.
  • You possess several years of relevant professional experience in consulting or in client positions with significant project management responsibilities.
  • You have solid knowledge in business and financial management within the realms of real estate, investments, and project management.
  • Ideally, you have strong interests in one or more of the following areas:
    • Finance / Accounting / Controlling
    • Business Development
    • Business Process Management
    • IT-related Process Consulting, e.g., S4/HANA, Product Management, or Fund Controlling
  • Your German language skills are at C1 level, and your English skills are at B2 level.
  • You are willing to travel to provide on-site consulting to our clients.
