An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Investment Analyst (m/f/d) focused on Residential Value Add in a permanent role, driven by the planned expansion of their real estate portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating potential investment properties and portfolios within the German real estate sector, concentrating on developable residential assets.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of economic and sustainable acquisition strategies.
  • Prepare proposals for decision-making by internal stakeholders.
  • Engage in transaction executions and negotiate purchase agreements.
  • Support the execution of Commercial Due Diligence and oversee Technical and Legal Due Diligence throughout the transaction process.
  • Enhance the existing regional and cross-regional network with relevant market participants, including institutional investors, funds, family offices, and private investors, while establishing and maintaining relationships with brokers.
  • Conduct ongoing research, market analysis, site assessments, and competitive analysis, along with gathering market data, statistics, and trends.
  • Commission and manage service providers such as legal advisors, valuation experts, architects, and consultants.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a degree in real estate or business, ideally supplemented with additional training in real estate.
  • Relevant experience and demonstrated success in investment, acquisition, and transaction roles within ownership or service provider organizations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Established network with regional and cross-regional market participants and service providers, along with knowledge of the German residential real estate market.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dynamic individual with outstanding communication skills and a professional demeanor.
