About the Job

As an IT Service Manager at TransnetBW, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality IT services to our organization. This includes managing energiewirtschaftliche Fachapplikationen, reducing time-to-market, and ensuring that IT tools are aligned with current security standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the development and implementation of IT services, including energiewirtschaftliche Fachapplikationen and IT tools.
  • Oversee the selection and management of external IT service providers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop IT solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and manage budgets for IT services, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT professional who can lead our IT service delivery team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT operations, service management, or project management, and will be able to demonstrate expertise in IT service delivery, budget management, and team leadership.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations, service management, or project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality IT services, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
