Cloud Service Delivery IT Manager

Exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking IT Operations division responsible for overseeing and optimizing our state-of-the-art IT infrastructure, encompassing both network and cloud services.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Role: Oversee IT Service Management within the first and second level domains for cloud service delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the integrity of ITSM processes; engage in the implementation of new initiatives and methodologies.
  • Oversight of Tasks: Independently monitor contract obligations and SLA commitments.
  • Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain thorough records related to cloud services.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Proactively collaborate with global IT infrastructure colleagues and service providers to guarantee contract compliance and superior service delivery.

Your Profile:

  • Educational Background: Degree in computer science, business informatics, or equivalent practical training.
  • Professional Experience: Proven experience in service delivery, IT governance, IT security management, and collaboration with service providers.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in ITSM, ITIL, cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), and business process workflows.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (minimum C1/C2); proficiency in German is a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: A team-oriented individual with a goal-driven and analytical mindset, eager to explore new technologies.
