Principal Risk Strategy Manager

Key Responsibilities- Formulating and executing annual risk management strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Establishing local risk policies and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Overseeing risk management processes, including comprehensive reporting to executive boards.
- Facilitating training sessions for employees on risk management principles and fostering awareness of emerging risks.
- Serving as a liaison for risk-related inquiries from stakeholders and promoting cooperation with European Risk Management teams.
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Risk Management Frameworks, particularly Solvency II, and its practical implementation.
- Experience in project management and risk reporting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on achieving results.
- Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
