Position Overview: We are seeking a Collaboration Manager and Expert (f/m/d) specializing in Dose Measurements. In this role, you will spearhead research initiatives in the realm of image-guided interventions, collaborating with both clinical and scientific partners as well as internal stakeholders.
Work Arrangement: This position allows for mobile work (within Germany) up to 60% of the time, in consultation with your manager. It is available as a full-time or part-time role, with a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead dose measurement projects in partnership with internal and external collaborators to advance the Advanced Therapies strategy, focusing on dose optimization and image quality.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of dose measurement equipment, ensuring readiness and compliance with current standards.
- Act as the radiation protection officer for the Innovations department.
- Ensure compliance and quality in the design of contracts and the execution of research collaborations with clinical and academic partners.
- Monitor project milestones and outcomes throughout the duration of research collaborations.
- Analyze results and manage the financial aspects of collaborative projects.
- Facilitate the dissemination of research findings internally to enhance the development of future products and solutions.
- Encourage the production of scientific publications and white papers.
Qualifications:
- University degree in a technical field, preferably with a PhD.
- Extensive experience with X-ray imaging techniques and a strong understanding of Advanced Therapies products and minimally invasive procedures.
- Proven track record in conducting clinical studies, particularly those requiring regulatory approval.
- Significant experience in dose measurement using X-ray imaging systems, ideally with angiography systems.
- Familiarity with compliance, legal, and quality processes within the medical industry, particularly through experience in clinical research collaborations.
- Intercultural experience, ideally gained through extended stays abroad during education or professional endeavors.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong commitment to quality and compliance in project execution.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration across diverse teams.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation abilities, capable of engaging with management in clinical and academic settings.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in German being a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally (primarily within Europe) as part of the role, approximately 20% of the time.
