As a Collaboration Manager and Expert, you will play a crucial role in conducting research projects in the field of image-guided interventions, collaborating with clinical and scientific partners, and internal stakeholders.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting dose measurements, managing equipment, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise in radiation protection and research collaboration will be invaluable in supporting our Advanced Therapies strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct dose measurements in collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Manage equipment for dose measurements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Take on the tasks of the radiation protection officer for the Innovations department
  • Support the compliance, tax, and quality-compliant contract design and technical implementation of research collaborations
  • Monitor the achievement of milestones and obtain results during the term of the research collaboration
  • Evaluate results and manage the financial aspects of the collaboration
  • Channel results internally to relevant units and promote the creation of scientific publications and white papers

Requirements:

  • University degree in a technical field, preferably with a PhD
  • Many years of professional experience with X-ray-based imaging procedures in cooperation with international partners
  • Excellent knowledge of Advanced Therapies products and solutions, as well as minimally invasive therapy methods
  • Experience in conducting clinical studies, especially those requiring registration with a competent authority
  • Knowledge of compliance, legal, and quality processes in the medical industry
  • Intercultural experience, ideally gained through longer, continuous stays abroad during studies or professional activities

  • High-quality orientation and compliance-compliant implementation of cooperation projects
  • Strong team skills and ability to collaborate in a diverse environment
  • Confident demeanor and excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Business-fluent English skills and German skills as a plus
  • Occasional international travel, approximately 20%
