At Siemens Healthineers, we're shaping the future of healthcare by pioneering innovative medical technologies and solutions. As a Collaboration Manager and Expert, you'll play a vital role in driving our Advanced Therapies strategy forward.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct dose measurements in collaboration with internal and external partners to support the successful implementation of our Advanced Therapies strategy.
  • Manage equipment for dose measurements, ensuring it's always ready for use and up-to-date, while also overseeing the corresponding budget.
  • Take on the tasks of the radiation protection officer for the Innovations department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Design and implement research collaborations with clinical and university partners, ensuring compliance, tax, and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor the achievement of milestones and obtain results during the term of the research collaboration.
  • Evaluate results and manage the financial aspects of the collaboration.
  • Channel results internally to relevant units, enabling the development of future prototypes, products, and solutions.
  • Promote and support the creation of scientific publications and white papers.
Your Qualifications and Experience:
  • Hold a university degree in a technical field, preferably with a PhD.
  • Have many years of professional experience with X-ray-based imaging procedures in cooperation with international partners.
  • Be familiar with Advanced Therapies products and solutions, as well as minimally invasive therapy methods.
  • Have experience conducting clinical studies, especially those requiring registration with a competent authority.
  • Be knowledgeable about compliance, legal, and quality processes in the medical industry.
  • Have intercultural experience, ideally gained through longer, continuous stays abroad during studies or professional activities.
Your Attributes and Skills:
  • Have a high quality orientation, ensuring compliance-compliant implementation of cooperation projects.
  • Be able to interact with various interfaces and functions, both internally and externally, with strong team skills.
  • Have a confident demeanor and excellent communication and presentation skills, even at management level in clinics and universities.
  • Be business-fluent in English, with business-fluent German skills being a great advantage.
  • Be willing to travel occasionally, approximately 20% of the time, for international collaborations.
