Technical Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Business Development Associate to join our team at prenode GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our customers in the implementation and adoption of our innovative software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Support Customer Proof-of-Concepts: Collaborate with our customers to design and execute proof-of-concepts that demonstrate the value and functionality of our software solutions.
- Analyze Customer Requirements: Work closely with our customers to understand their technical needs and challenges, and develop tailored solutions that meet their individual requirements.
- Develop Technical Proposals: Assist in the creation of technical proposals that clearly communicate the benefits and value of our software solutions.
- Provide Customer Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, providing technical support and guidance on the implementation and use of our software solutions.
- Research New Technologies and Trends: Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and market trends, identifying potential business opportunities and evaluating the technical feasibility of new solutions.
- Contribute to Product Development: Utilize your technical expertise and customer feedback to inform the development of our software solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in German, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical Expertise: Have a strong understanding of software solutions, particularly in the areas of IIoT and KI, and be able to apply this knowledge to support customer needs.
- Customer-Focused: Be customer-centric, with a strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with customers to develop tailored solutions.
- Strong Presentation Skills: Possess excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Growth Mindset: Be enthusiastic about the opportunity to develop innovative solutions for various industries, particularly in the manufacturing sector, and be willing to contribute to growth-hacking activities to establish our software solutions in the market.
